Skill development & training
Vocational and enterprise training chosen by the collective.

Overview
This programme offers vocational and enterprise training decided by the women's collective itself, rather than a fixed curriculum handed down from outside. Members identify a trade or business area with real local demand — tailoring, food processing, handicrafts, retail, or similar — and training is organised around that choice. It serves women, many first-generation earners, who want a route into paid work or a small enterprise of their own, built on a skill the group has agreed is worth their time.
