Women & livelihoods

Overview

Women & livelihoods volunteering means assisting Digital Sakhi sessions and skilling workshops that help women build practical, income-related abilities — things like basic digital literacy or vocational skills. Your role is to support the session rather than lead it: helping set up, assisting participants who are new to a phone or a tool, keeping the session on track, and generally making sure nobody gets left behind in a room where confidence levels vary a lot. It's steady, supportive work rather than front-of-room teaching.
