Overview
Education on Wheels is a mobile classroom programme that brings smart boards, audio-visual aids, laboratory equipment, robotic labs and a digital library directly into remote villages where school infrastructure is thin or absent. It is built for children and young people of any age who would otherwise have limited access to hands-on science, technology and digital learning tools. Two lady trainers travel with the unit specifically so girls in these communities have someone they are comfortable learning alongside, addressing a common barrier to girls' participation in rural education.
