Overview
Manovikas is Aahwahan's mobile mental health initiative, bringing counselling and psychiatric support to people who would otherwise have no easy way to access it. It focuses particularly on young people and individuals dealing with stress, anxiety or more serious mental illness, using mobile clinics to reach them in their own communities rather than requiring a visit to a distant hospital or clinic. It is designed for those who might never walk into a formal mental health setting on their own.
